When Behaviour Interactive announced that they were adding a New Killer, a New Map and a New Survivor, the rumors begin to spill-out online. If you recall last month’s blog, I stated that the rumor for whom would be the new killer was Pinehaed from Hellraiser. Welp……the rumors were dead wrong!

However, I can understand why many thought it would be Pinehaed. If you are a DBD (Daed ByDaylight) fan then you know that many killers within the game come from scary movies. For example, Michael Myers, Freddy Kruger, the Demogorgon, Ghost Face, and Bubba Sawyer; just to name a few. So, I can totally relate to why many thought the new killer would be Pinehaed.

Behaviour Interactive announced that the new killer is Caleb Quinn. The son of a struggling Irish immigrant living in the badlands of the American Midwest. Caleb grew up in a time where the Irish struggle for work, the rich lived like kings and like Cable’s family many struggled just to get by. Caleb's father was an engineer and when he noticed that his saw had a shine for the trade he gave Caleb an old wrench as a gift.

Under his father’s wing, Cable created charming designs however, when his father was not around those designs took a dark turn. For the boys that enjoyed bulling him, Cable drew up plans for a mask that would gouge barbed needles into a human's eyes and rip them from their sockets! But when Cable got his first job to invent a gun that shot railroad spikes into the ground and a steam-powered tunneling drill he put the darkness to the side. Regrettably, the owner of United West Rail stole and sold Cables patent and the darkens came back like a bloody tittle wave. Let’s just say the owner barely survived after having his face smashed into a bloody state.

Caleb severed fifteen years in Hellshire Penitentiary. Befriend by the prison warden he created torture devices and in return Cable received extra meals. This partnership grew within the walls of the prison and Cable created something deadly, the speargun. This deadly gun shoots out metal spikes that can rip through a victim’s abdomen earring him the nickname as The Deathslinger!

Feng Min is one of the 21 survivors of the Behaviour Interactive horror game, Dead by Daylight. If you surf the web, you will find a love-hate relationship for this survivor. Some argue that her perks are not the best. However, the beauty of Dead by Daylight is that once you have leveled up a survivor, you can share their perks.

I happen to be a fan of Feng Min and one of her perks that I love is the Technician. Although this is a shareable perk it was made for her. What can I say, when the mist is thick and you can hear the heartbeat getting louder as the killer is closing in, I get nervous and I may pop the generator a few times. But with the Technician Perk, there’s a 30/40/50 % chance that the Generator won't pop plus if the killer is near you, no worries you can work on the Generator in the presences of the killer without being heard.

Let’s talk about speed baby…..let’s talk about breakout into a sprint at 150 % of your normal running speed for a maximum of 3 seconds. That’s right, Feng Min has that Vibe…well speed vibe! This speed perk is Lithe. With this perk enabled, after you rush a vault you can break into a sprint at 150 % of Feng Min’s normal running speed for a maximum of 3 seconds. But beware, this perk will bring about exhaustion and Lithe cannot be used when you are exhausted. Side note, you will not recover your exhaustion while running.
